We have posted both Microsoft Word and PDF versions of the forms.
You can print these out and complete them by hand. However, we prefer
that you enter the information on your computer then print out the
completed forms so we don't have to translate hand written information

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Lake Erie Swimming makes limited funds available to help
families who need financial assistance to attend special events, or
continue swimming, via the Elaine Miller Fund.
If you need financial assistance please download the The Elaine Miller
Fund application and the HEAT Financial Aid Contract below
and speak with HEAT Head Coach Matt Davis before the application is
submitted.
