EMAIL PROBLEMS
It has come to our attention that we are not receiving emails
from some people when they click on a link on the HEAT website.
The "most likely" cause of this is that they don't have the
proper email program selected and their computer is launching a
program different from the email system they normally use. If
you want to verify that your email program is set properly go to
Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs and make sure that
the correct program is assigned on the EMAIL tab.
Yahoo, Hotmail, Google Mail or any other web based email
program may require the installation of additional software to
make those programs available as a default email system.
If you attempt to contact someone by clicking on an email link
and you don't hear back from them in a day or two please contact
them again - this time by typing their EMAIL address into your
email program.
