2010 LONG COURSE PRACTICE SCHEDULES


SUMMER SCHEDULE (6/10/10 – 8/20/10)


**Reminder - NO PRACTICE MONDAY MAY 31st for Memorial Day.


PRACTICE UPDATES 6/14/10

Blue, White, Red groups practice schedule update
Mon/Wed/Fri practice at Roosevelt will be from 8-9:30am for the entire summer. 

There was a mix-up with the schedule with Roosevelt so we will be there at that time all summer long.
We apologize for the issue.

Practice on Tue/Thur will be as previously scheduled. 

Elite -  Dryland/Wts Schedule Changes
Dryland for the Elite group will be on Tues and Thur from 5:00pm-6:15pm after swimming 3:00-5:00pm on those days.

We will not to have it Mon/Wed/Fri from 9-10am after practice because of so many swimmers that can not make it due to work, classes, etc.

So those of you that are swimming Tue/Thur in the afternoon at Eastwoods be prepared for dryland after practice on those days.  We may stay at EW or go to the HS.

Elite Schedule
Mon through Friday 6-8am @ Akron U
Tue/Thur 3-6:15pm @ East Woods.
