ONLINE MEET ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2012 CHAMPIONSHIP AND QUALIFIER MEETS

Dear HEAT Families,

We piloted the Online Meet Entry System for the 10 & Under Meet and with the exception of one problem caused by me everything went smoothly.

With that in mind we will be using the Online Meet Entry system for the remainder of the season.

You will receive an "invitation" email later this evening or early tomorrow morning. If you haven't received the email please check your SPAM folder.... especially if you use Windstream.

Click here for a DRAFT booklet that explains how to use the system. Please keep in mind that the instruction booklet is a draft and it may have typo's. If you find any errors or things that need clarification please let me know.

Coaches will select the events for the 8 & Under Championships, the Bronze and Silver Qualifiers and the Gold Championship.

All you have to do is check the box to say you are attending.
