HEAT UPDATE
Speedo USA
Sectional Meet
A big congratulation goes out to the following swimmers for
their efforts at the USA Speedo Long Course Sectional
Championships at Purdue July 21st – 24th.
We had 15 new team records established and Jimmy
Dagley qualified for the Junior Nationals in the 100
and 200 back. He and John Zucca will be
traveling to Irvine California
to compete next week. Good luck boys.

Central Zones Meet
Good luck to Paige Kelly, Lauren Sapochetti,
and Allison Prosser as they travel with the
Lake Erie Zone team to Lincoln Nebraska
for the Central Zones Championship this week. These
athletes have achieved NAG AAA time standards in their
events and were selected to attend this meet.
Practice Update - Redwood
Practice will continued to be offered for all Blue, Bronze,
Silver, Gold, Senior, Elite group swimmers at Redwood Swim
Club Monday through Friday from 7:30am-9:30am till August 20th.

Information for the upcoming 2010-2011 HEAT short course
season is now posted on the website at
www.hudsonheat.
We have some exciting new changes for the upcoming short
course season. Please see the info packet on the team
website along with the fall practice schedule.
Returning swimmer registrations are Aug. 30th and
31st.
MOSL and Long Course CHAMPS
Congrats to all the swimmers that competed at the MOSL
Champs in Wooster on July 28th, HEAT finished
4th overall. Also great job to all the
swimmers that competed at LESI Long Course champs this past
weekend, HEAT placed 8th.
