DIRECT ATHLETICS
We have partnered with Direct Athletics www.directathletics.com to do online meet registrations. The website will allow you to make your meet declarations but it DOES NOT accept payment of the entry fees.
While we strongly encourage the use of Direct Athletics We will also accept entries via email at meetentry@hudsonheat.com. Effective with the 2008-2009 Short Course season we will no longer accept “paper” entries for meets.
You should receive an email from Direct Athletics with your logon and initial password. If you do not receive the email or it accidently gets deleted the email please send a note to meetentry@hudsonheat.com to request your logon.
Before you request the logon you may want to check your SPAM folder/filter to see if the email was mistakenly marked as SPAM.

Please keep in mind that the deadline we establish for meet entries will be different that the meet entry deadline on the Lake Erie Swimming website. This gives us time to process the entries and request the check from HCER. For popular meets we may establish a very early due date to help prevent our swimmer from being shut out of a meet.
Under no circumstances should you send meet entries directly to the meet host unless you are asked to do so by the Head Coach or Meet Entry Secretary.
