TENTATIVE TIMELINE
Friday
12 noon – Leave Eastwoods - eat lunch prior to leaving,
snacks are OK to bring on bus
6pm – Kids and coaches dropped off at pool for practice
6:30- Parents get dropped off at hotel to check in
7 pm – Bus back to hotel for a pasta buffet dinner-
8:30pm - Swimmers meeting with coaches in hospitality room
Saturday
7:30 Continental breakfast that is included in reservations
8:30 Leave for pool
9:00 Warm ups begin
10:00–2:30 Swim meet-on your own for lunch
3:00 Bus leaves for hotel
6:00 Buffet dinner –OSU tailgate theme – wear your OSU gear
7:15 OSU vs. Wisconsin game at the bar/ games in the buffet
room
Sunday
7:30 Continental breakfast included in reservations
8:30 Leave for pool
9:00 Warm ups begin
10:00–2:30 Swim meet
3:00 Bus leaves for Hudson – lunch will be provided by Jimmy
Johns to eat on
9:00 pm Arrive in Hudson
